Anne Robinson Clough: Former Tech First Lady

Anne Robinson Clough, of Big Canoe, Ga., on Oct. 30. Clough died in her home in Big Canoe, Georgia, a place she loved because of its beauty and embrace of nature, wrote Wayne Clough in a remembrance sent to Georgia Tech after her passing. She and her husband were married for 59 years. For 14 of those years, she served as Georgia Tech’s first lady. She was an avid gardener and, with her husband, served as hosts for Georgia Tech alumni travel tours. The Anne Robinson Clough Promise Scholarship Fund is named in her honor.
Clough is survived by her husband, Wayne Clough, and her son, Matthew Clough and his wife, Ann-Marie Clore, as well as her daughter, Eliza Clough Pritchett and her husband, Blaine Pritchett, and four grandchildren, Madeline Clough, Bridget Clough, Jake Pritchett, and Carter Pritchett.
